U.S. SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS
  • Shipping & handling costs are determined by the dollar amount of your order before taxes.
  • Delivery dates apply to in-stock items only.
  • We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Some standard delivery orders may arrive on Saturday. Orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday.
  • Express and overnight delivery is not available for Gift Cards or orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and the U.S Protectorates.
  • Overnight delivery is now available for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • Express and overnight shipping are now available to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands (U.S.V.I.), American Samoa, Guam, Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia and Palau. Unfortunately, standard shipping is not available to these locations.

When will my order be shipped?
It usually takes about one business day for us to process your order. As soon as we’ve verified all of your information, your order will ship and we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email.

When will my order arrive?
If you’ve selected Standard Shipping, you’ll receive your order 3-5 business days after it ships. If you’d like your order sooner, we can expedite your shipping for an additional charge. (Please see shipping table above.) Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii. Please note: Standard shipping to these locations may take a bit longer. Can I check the status of my order?
Once you’ve placed an order, you can check its status at any time. Just sign into My Account and click on “View Orders.” As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation order that will also contain your tracking information. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer online order tracking for Canadian orders at this time. Please contact Client Services at 1-888-318-2646 with any questions regarding your order.

Which shipping carrier will deliver my package?
Depending on where you live and which shipping method you chose, we will chose from a variety of carriers to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent via USPS. Back to Top

I’m not going to be home to sign for my package. Is that ok?

Yes, we deliver to Canada as well as the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Back to Top

Do you ship to AFO/FPO addresses?
Yes we do. We are proud to offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses so you can send Ango items to friends and family serving in the military. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days. Back to Top


Do you ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands (U.S.V.I.), and the other protectorates?
Yes we do. We are proud to now offer shipping to Puerto Rico, the U.S.V.I., America Samoa, Guam, Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia and Palau. All shipments to these addresses are sent via express or overnight air. We do not offer standard shipping at this time. Express and overnight shipping rates will apply. Back to Top




CANADA SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS
Angolash is pleased to announce we now ship to Canada. You can place your order online at www.angolash.com or by phone by contacting our Client Services center.

All orders are charged in US dollars. Conversion rates will vary depending upon your bank and credit card company. Please contact your bank directly with questions regarding conversion rates and fees. Your credit card is charged at time of shipment.

All orders ship via standard shipping to Canada. No additional expedited services are available at this time.

*Shipping and handling charges for orders delivered to Canada already include taxes and duties, as well as shipping and handling fees. There are no additional charges to Canadian Clients upon delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless you are returning something that is the result of our error.
  • Orders generally take one business day to process.
  • Once processed, typical arrival time for orders shipped to Canada depend upon how close the destination is to the shipping center and can be broken down as follows:
  • Ontario and Quebec: 2-4 business days.
  • Nova Scotia, PEI, New Brunswick, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Northern Ontario: 4-8 business days.
  • Newfoundland, Alberta, British Columbia, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon Territory: 5-12 business days.
  • As customs clearance times may vary, some orders may take up to 20 business days.
  • Your credit card is charged at time of shipment.
  • The fee structure of shipping service to Canada is based on considerations including:
  • Base shipping cost to Canada (paid to DHL)
  • Duties: Duty is tax imposed on imports by the Canadian Customs Authority. Rates of Duty vary depending on product type as well as the country they are coming from or were manufactured in.
  • Taxes: Shipping and handling fees also already include an estimated tax. Canada has a national tax, and certain provinces have a provincial tax, so total tax will vary.
  • No Express Shipping is currently available.

When will my order be shipped?
Standard time for processing your order is one business day.

When will my order arrive?
Typical arrival time for Canadian orders is 4-12 days. As customs clearance times may vary, please note that some orders may take up to a total of 20 business days. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days from the date of your order, please contact Ango Client Services at 1-888-318-2646.

Can I check the status of my order?
Contact Ango Client Services at 1-888-318-2646 to track your order. Please provide the tracking number you receive in your shipping confirmation email.

Which shipping carrier will deliver my package?
Canadian orders will be shipped via DHL Global and then injected into Canada Post. Once inside the Canada Post system, orders may take up to 9 days.

I noticed I am placing my order in U.S. dollars. What exchange rate is applied to my order?
The actual price charged to Canadian clients is subject to the exchange rate applied by your credit or debit card company. Please contact your bank directly with questions regarding Canadian dollar conversion rates and fees.

How do you calculate shipping & handling charges for deliveries to Canada?
Shipping and handling charges for orders delivered to Canada already include taxes and duties, as well as shipping and handling fees. There are no additional charges to Canadian Clients upon delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless you are returning something that is the result of our error. Is a signature required upon delivery?
No signature is required.

Are any additional charges imposed at time of delivery?
No. All shipping charges are included with your initial order.

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, at this time, Canadian orders may not be returned at stores. Canadian returns will only be accepted by mail. No exchanges in Canadian stores will be accepted.

Do you offer Express Shipping to Canada?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your angolash.com order, please return items (via mail) within 10 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

If the return is a result of our error, please contact Client Services at 1-888-318-2646 and we will issue a credit for the return shipping charges.

We recommend sending returns via insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. angolash.com is not responsible for lost return shipments.

The return will be refunded to the original form of payment used for purchase. Allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for the account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on the credit card statement.

We will make every effort to honor exchange requests provided the merchandise requested is still available. If you’d like to make an exchange, list the item(s) you would like to receive on the Return Form included with your order. You will receive an email confirming that we are processing your return, followed by a separate email detailing the availability and/or shipping status of your exchange. Available item(s) will be sent via Standard Shipping to the shipping address on your invoice. There are no additional shipping & handling charges for exchanges.

Please note that in the event that your exchange requires additional funds, the credit card initially used to purchase your order will be charged the difference. We are not able to accept personal check payments with your return.

As always, we stand behind the quality of our products. If an item is deemed defective, we will accept the merchandise beyond the 21-day online return policy.
